Tropical Breakfast

I never skip breakfast because I always make something really tasty! If you’re short on time, I recommend making this tropical breakfast. It’s overnight chia pudding. This pudding is made of chia seeds, which are low in calorie but high in fiber, antioxidants and protein. All you have to do in the morning is take it out of the fridge and enjoy it!
