Recipes with Speculoos
I absolutely love using both Speculoos spread and Speculoos cookies in recipes. I rarely spread Speculoos on my bread, but I love it in ice cream, cakes, and other baked goods.

And another guaranteed hit is my recipe for Speculoos ice cream. You don’t need an ice cream machine for this recipe, and you don’t have to stir it regularly while it freezes. It’s the easiest way to make your own ice cream!
Do you have an Airfryer? Did you know you can make delicious Speculoos tarts in it?

Christmas Bark
Making your own chocolate bark is super easy. You just melt a store-bought chocolate bar in a pan, then spread it out over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. After that, you let it set in the fridge for a bit, and you’re done. You can mix multiple types of chocolate together or decorate it with whatever you like. I made this bark especially for Christmas with White Chocolate and Speculoos. The green and red M&Ms immediately give the bar a festive touch, so you could also make this bar for other holidays like Valentine’s Day or Halloween by using different candies or decorations.
White Chocolate and Speculoos
White chocolate and Speculoos are a fantastic combination. The cookie crumbs from the Speculoos cookies give it a sort of ‘cookies and cream’ flavor. And the sweetness of the Speculoos spread complements the buttery taste of the white chocolate perfectly.
By mixing cookie crumbs into the chocolate, you get a crunchy bar with a nice bite. And with the Speculoos spread ‘swirls’, each bite has a slightly different flavor.
