Super easy naan bread pizza recipe

This vegetarian naan bread pizza is super easy to make. Perfect for when you don’t feel like cooking but you do want something more tasty than a supermarket pizza.

All you need for 2 people is 2 naan bread (I always go for the garlic&coriander version), 1 red onion, 1 package of mozzarella cheese, 10 cherry tomatoes and 4 tablespoons of pesto.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Spread 2 tbs of pesto on each naan bread and cover them with slices of mozzarella and cherry tomatoes (cut in half). Cut the red onion in rings and top the naan bread pizzas with it. Bake the pizzas in the oven for 10-15 minutes. That’s all!
