I experimented in the kitchen once again! After making Tortizza (tortilla-pizza) and Courgetti (courgette spaghetti) I made ‘Fawaffles’ this time, a hybrid between falafel and waffles!
To make these healthy waffles that you can have for lunch or dinner, all you need is a waffle iron and falafel dough. Some supermarkets sell ready-to-use falafel dough, but you can also make it yourself (check my falafel recipe).
Just spray some olive oil on the waffle iron, put a scoop of falafel dough on each waffle plate and close the iron.
You’ll only need to keep it closed for 2 or 3 minutes and your fawaffles are done!
