I love banana bread! This is by far the dish that I make the most. Every other week I bake a banana bread and I put the slices in plastic bags in the freezer. This way I always have a healthy, sugar free snack that I can take to work. This banana bread is much cheaper than the supermarket snacks. Besides it doesn’t contain any sweeteners or fats, not even honey or coconut oil!
