Protein Chai Pancakes

Today is Nationale Pancake Day in the Netherlands. A perfect excuse to share my recipe for protein chai pancakes with you!
I made these chai pancakes with chai protein powder from Live Puri. It’s made to make your protein shake taste like chai latte, but you can also make these delicious protein chai pancakes with it!

Ingredients (for 6 pancakes/2 people):

1 small bag unsweetend chai protein powder (25 grams)
1 large ripe banana
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Warm a bit of coconut oil in a skillet and scoop 1/6th of the batter in the skillet. Flip after 2-3 minutes and fry for2 more minutes. Repeat until you’ve finished the batter.

Serve the pancakes with banana slices and chopped almonds.
