Can Lluc Hotel and Villas in Ibiza

I just stayed in paradise and it’s called Can Lluc Hotel in Ibiza. The Can Lluc hotel and villas are located right in the middle of the island. This beautiful hotel is build around an old finca and has wonderful rooms and brand new villas. On this page I’m telling you all about the Can Lluc Hotel in Ibiza, I’m sharing pictures of the rooms and the premises and I’m telling you about my experience in a review.

Rural Hotel

Can Lluc is situated in the middle of nature in the center of Ibiza. It’s surrounded by beautiful fields and forests. The main house (finca) and the surrounding buildings are over 300 years old. They belonged to the grandfather of the current owner Lucas. They’ve been renovating the buildings for over 3 years before the invited the first guests into the hotel. Luckily they kept the original feel of the rooms. So they’ll still have wooden roofs and stone walls, and they’re decorated in a lovely Spanish style.

Can Lluc Villas

Besides the renovated hotel rooms of the old Finca, there’s also a newer part at Can Lluc that houses 8 villas. The villas are apartments that have their own living room, bathroom and kitchen. They have a beautiful open bedroom with a big, comfortable bed. There’s a patio attached to the villa where you have two lounge beds and a table with chairs. There’s also a private garden for each villa with a Balinese bed and a table with chairs. So the villas have everything you need to enjoy and relax for days.

Can Lluc also has private villas that you can rent. There’s a 4 person villa (Can Prats), that’s just a 150 meters away from the hotel of which you can use all the facilities. And there’s a 5 person villa, Can Jaume Curt, just 2km from the hotel which has its own pool. Perfect for families or a group of friends that wants some more privacy.

Swimming Pool

In the center of the complex there’s a wonderful swimming pool. There are pool beds surrounding it so you can relax after a refreshing swim. There’s also an outdoor jacuzzi that’s great to relax in at the end of the day.
The Can Lluc hotel also has a gym and a health and beauty center where you can get massages for example.
There’s also a conference room so you can host conferences or meetings there.

Pool service

Just when you think the pool at Can Lluc in Ibiza couldn’t get any better, you discover that they also have pool service! There are all kinds of drinks and snacks that you can order that they’ll deliver to your order to your pool bed. We enjoyed this jug of cooled sangria at the pool.

Outdoor Jacuzzi

Can Lluc Ibiza also has an outdoor jacuzzi right next to the pool. So even when you’re visiting in winter, you can still take a warm bath outside. Enjoying a cold Sangria in a warm jacuzzi with palmtrees on the background: paradise.

Breakfast

The Can Lluc Hotel serves a wonderful breakfast for all hotel guests. You get a menu with several categories from which you can choose what you want. From fresh fruit to poached eggs and from yogurt bowls to avocado toast. There’s something for everyone and there are many vegetarian options.
They have a beautiful shady terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast outside.

Restaurant Can Lluc

The Can Lluc hotel also has a restaurant, where you can also have dinner if you’re not a hotel guest. The restaurant works as much as they can with local products and the chefs prepares wonderful Mediterranean dishes.
I had the goat cheese salad which was absolutely wonderful. The goat cheese was crispy and it was served with a fig dressing made from local figs.
The main dishes on the menu are mostly meat and fish but the chef made a wonderful vegetarian pasta for me. It looked like a simple pasta with tomato sauce, but the taste was so delicate.

Couples

I think Can Lluc hotel and villas are especially suitable for couples. It’s quiet and romantic. There’s even a special spot where you can watch the sunset. It doesn’t get more romantic than that!
It’s also a popular hotel to book for your honeymoon on Ibiza. I can understand why, you can really unwind and relax there. You’ve got all the luxury you need to spoil yourself and it’s a great place to reminisce your wedding day.
