Review Carpaccio Club Tilburg

In June 2021 Carpaccio Club Tilburg opened up. I was one of the first who got to have a sneak-preview from the new restaurant. I saw the interior and tasted several dishes from the menu. On this page I’m sharing my review of Carpaccio Club Tilburg.

Carpaccio Club

The Carpaccio Club started with a restaurant in Breda. They opened up at the Grote Markt in Breda in 202. Just a year later they’ve opened up their second restaurant, this time in my hometown Tilburg.
Please note that there’s also a Carpaccio Bar in Tilburg. It might be a bit confusing that their names and concepts are so similar. The Carpaccio Club can be found at the Korte Heuvel, on the spot where Ribs Factory used to be. The Carpaccio Bar is located the Koestraat.

Carpaccio

You might only think of thinly sliced beef served with rocket and pine nuts when you think of carpaccio. If you’re a big fan of the dish you might also know that you can easily turn it into a salad or a sandwich. But there’s much more that you can do with carpaccio if your definition is only based on the thinly sliced preparation. So at the Carpaccio Club you can find many more dishes. Not just thinly sliced beef, but thinly sliced fish or vegetables as well.

Although you’ll find several variations of thinly sliced beef on the menu of the Carpaccio Club Tilburg, like the Carpaccio Olandaise with truffle cream, you’ll also find all other kinds of thinly sliced dishes. From duck to salmon or tuna. No matter what your main ingredient is, you can always choose if you want it as the classic dish or as a salad or a sandwich.
They also have dishes to share like the Quattro Paccio with four different carpaccio’s and bread. Or the lunch or dinner platters with several dishes to share.

Not a carpaccio fan? They also have other dishes, especially as dinner mains, like duck breast or tuna from the Big Green Egg. And several side dishes like sweet potato fries.

And make sure to leave some room for dessert! I love all the desserts on their menu, from caramelised banana to chocolate carpaccio.

Vegetarian options

There are also two vegetarian carpaccio options at Carpaccio Club Tilburg. They’ve got a red and yellow beet carpaccio with goat cheese, walnuts and beet hummus and a courgette carpaccio with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto.
As a main dish they’ve also got courgette from the Big Green Egg served with burrata.

Carpaccio all day

The Carpaccio bar is open for lunch and dinner. Or visit them for a ‘borrel’ (drinks and nibbles) before or after dinner. They’re open seven days a week from noon to at least midnight.
