Restaurant Het Hof by Blooming is open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. For coffee with cakes, drinks and bites or a culinary dinner.
The monumental country house has an artistic interior and is located in the middle of a nature area. So it’s surrounded by a beautiful forrest. They’ve got an organic herb garden just behind the restaurant and they use ingredients from their garden for the dishes.

Together with the gardener, the chef of restaurant Het Hof by Blooming creates a sowing plan every year, ensuring that the restaurant cooks in tune with the seasons. What is harvested in the morning is on the menu in the evening. During the peak season, a cargo bike loaded with fresh produce from the Hoftuin departs daily, sometimes even twice a day, to the kitchens of Blooming. The first stop is the kitchen of restaurant Het Hof, where head chef Daniël Meuleman reigns. But Blooming also has two other restaurants: restaurant Zandhoeve and the Brasserie.
Sometimes, adjustments are made to the menu on the same day so that the fresh produce from our own organic garden can be served immediately.

Because they work so much with seasonal products at restaurant Het Hof by Blooming, the menu changes very frequently. Sometimes even every day!
When I was there in april for example, we had a dish with white asparagus because that was the season. But they always have an option with meat, one with fish and a vegetarian option for every course. So book your table and be surprised by the dishes of the day.
