Pancake day, hamburger day… They seem to have holidays for every type of food nowadays. But I love food, so I don’t mind celebrating it! Today, May 13th, it’s international hummus day. I’m a big hummus fan. It’s healthy, vegan and easy to make yourself.
To celebrate International Hummus Day I’ve listed the hummus recipes of my website for you as well as a recipe for hummus soup and my favorite hummus restaurants in Amsterdam.
Happy hummus day!
