Sunday Boozy Brunch at Persijn Amsterdam

One of the best places to go for brunch in Amsterdam, is the Sunday Boozy Brunch at Persijn. Restaurant Persijn is located in QO Hotel Amsterdam and every first Sunday of the month they organise a ‘Sunday Boozy Brunch’ together with Dutch vodka brand Ketel One.

Reserve your table and enjoy your bottomless brunch from noon to 3pm. For one fixed prize you can order as much from the menu as you’d like. On the brunch menu you’ll find all kinds of dishes. From sweet to savory and from light to more filling dishes.
We went for the breakfast staples granola with yogurt and blueberries, pancakes with apple and apple blossom and poached eggs with cornbread.
We also had a fresh fruit salad for a healthy touch and the carrot cake for a not-so-healthy touch.

As I said, we went for the breakfast staples like granola or pancakes. But they also have several more filling dishes on the menu. From soup to a burger, oysters or roasted vegetables from the Josper grill.
For a set prize you can enjoy as many dishes as you’d like and as many cocktails as you’d like. So if you like a Bloody Mary with your pancakes or an Espresso Martini with your poached egg; feel free!
Not into drinking alcohol on a Sunday morning? No problem! You can also order the brunch without alcohol for a discount price.

Restaurant Persijn, on the ground floor of the QO Hotel, is located in Amsterdam South-West. Right next to the Spaklerweg subway station and close to the Amsterdam Amstel train station. The restaurant has a light interior with botanic touches. You’ll see yellow and green furniture, a white floor with hints of black and copper lamps.
