Vegan Chocolate Skillet Pancake

I made a vegan chocolate skillet pancake. To make this skillet pancake you pour the batter in a skillet and bake the pancake in the oven. So no need to keep an eye out or do the flipping. This chocolate skillet pancake isn’t only vegan, it’s sugar-free as well! On this page I’m sharing the recipe of this vegan chocolate skillet pancake.

You can make this chocolate skillet pancake for breakfast or brunch. But I have to admit that it’s also great as a vegan and sugar-free dessert. You can make one pancake and share it together or make two smaller ones. This recipe is enough for 2 people.
I used chocolate protein powder for this recipe, please note that many protein powders aren’t vegan. I used Garden of Life as their powders are vegan and sugar-free. If you use code ANNE at the Garden of Life webshop you get a 22% discount.

I’m sure that you’ll love this vegan chocolate skillet pancake for breakfast. I topped mine with vegan yogurt, chocolate, raspberries and peanut butter but you can of course top it with anything you like. It also tastes great with blueberries for example.
