If you’re near the famous cathedral Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and you’re looking for a good place to eat, you don’t want to go to an expensive tourist trap. You want a cheap or good priced meal that’s high quality. On this page I’m sharing the best restaurants near Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

Sercotel Rosellón

The rooftop bar from Sercotel Rosellón (pictured above) has a beautiful view over the Sagrada Familia! Here you can have lunch, drinks or dinner while you stare at Gaudi’s masterpiece. You can also make great pictures for your Instagram account at this rooftop bar with views over the Sagrada Familia.

El Piso

One of the best restaurants near Sagrada Familia if you’re looking for an affordable lunch is El Piso. It might sound impossible to get a decent and cheap lunch in the middle of such a touristic area, but luckily we have bar El Piso. They serve tasty sandwiches with many toppings for just a few euros. Like this one with cheese, avocado, sun-dried tomato, spinach and tomato.

Camelia Art Cafe

I’ve got a soft spot for restaurants like Camelia Art Cafe. They’ve got a cosy interior and a brunch menu with all the classic brunch dishes that look great on your Instagram pictures. They’re open for breakfast, brunch and lunch. My favorite dishes on their menu are the vanilla pancakes, the French toast and the avocado toast with poached egg and cream cheese that you see pictured.

Hammock Juice Station

At Hammock juice station you can enjoy your brunch from your hammock! All over the cafe they’ve got hammock chairs so you can enjoy your brunch in a very relaxed atmosphere. On the menu are all the great brunch dishes like granola bowls, acai bowls, avocado toast or sandwiches with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Hammock Juice station is only a 15 minute walk from Sagrada Familia, so it’s a great restaurant if you’re looking for a lunch spot near Sagrada Familia.

La Cava Cakery

La Cava Cakery is the perfect stop if you’re in Barcelona with the girls. Drinking Cava and eating cupcakes is a great activity to do with your girlfriends. La Cava Cakery is also a nice stop during a bachelorette party. You can choose your cupcake from the glass case and pick your Cava (pink or gold). Or go for an Experience with 6 cupcakes and a bottle of Cava. You can also order everything for take-away or have your cupcake and Cava delivered (it makes a great Birthday gift).

Bo & Mie

You might know Bo et Mie from Paris, but this Parisian bakery also has a shop in Barcelona. You can find Bo & Mie right next to the Sagrada Familia, so it’s a great spot for a drink with views of the beautiful cathedral, or to grab a sandwich to-go and enjoy it in the park next to the Sagrada. They sell all the classic French pastries like croissants, pain-au-chocolat and eclairs. But they also have great savory options like baguettes and quiches.
