4 years ago the Foodhallen opened up in Amsterdam, you can read about my favorite spots at the Foodhallen in Amsterdam on this page. This week they announced that they’ll be opening up a second location of the Foodhallen in Rotterdam!
The Foodhallen in Rotterdam will be housed in a currently abandoned building at ‘De kop van Zuid’, this area is straight opposite the city center.
No less than 15 food stands will open up at the Foodhallen Rotterdam and they’re currently looking for local businesses that want to hire a stand. Unlike other markets in Rotterdam, The Foodhallen will focus solely on restaurants not on shops. And they’ll be open until late!
I’ll keep you posted when they’ve opened up and in the meantime you can visit other food spots in Rotterdam or the Foodhallen in Amsterdam of course!
