Recipe Tiramisu Brownies

I love making food mash ups; melting two dishes into one new dish. These Tiramisu Brownies are another great example of how tasty it can get if you combine two recipes. On this page I’m sharing my recipe for Tiramisu Brownies.

Tiramisu is tasty, Brownies are tasty, so Tiramisu Brownies are double tasty. It’s another great food mash up! You might know the word ‘mash up’ from the music industry, as its used when you put two songs together to create a new one. But you can also make food mash ups! I already made several, like Sushi Pizza and Cruffins, a combination between croissants and muffins.

For these Tiramisu Brownies I used a baking mix to make the brownie layer. But you can also use store bought brownies or make the brownies yourself from scratch. You can use my 4-ingredient peanut butter brownies recipe for example.
The tiramisu layer is made like you’d make the creamy mascarpone layer at regular tiramisu.
I didn’t use alcohol for this recipe. But please note that you use raw eggs to make tiramisu, so this dish isn’t suitable for pregnant ladies.
You could use my vegan tiramisu recipe to make a vegan and pregnancy proof version.
