Bliss Balls
Bliss Balls is a collective name for ball-shaped snacks that are generally healthy. The idea of Bliss Balls is that they’re made of natural ingredients and don’t contain sugar or dairy. This makes Bliss Balls a nutritious, healthy snack, also suitable for vegans. Bliss Balls are often made with dates, nuts and grated coconut. But they come in all kinds of varieties. These vegan Blueberry Cheesecake Bliss Balls don’t contain any of those ingredients.

Sugar-free Cheesecake
Cheesecake is one of my favorite cakes. But, of course, not so healthy. And although I also like to eat unhealthy cheesecake once in a while (I love Sugar Sunday), I also love to make healthy alternatives for weekdays. I already shared several healthy cheesecake recipes on my website. Like a sugar-free raspberry cheesecake recipe and these sugar-free and vegan Nutella cheesecakes.

Recipe vegan Blueberry Cheesecake Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
80 grams blueberries
140 grams raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
85 grams oats
Preparation
Combine the blueberries, raisins, lemon juice and protein powder in a food processor.
Mix until the raisins are pureed.
Add the oats to the food processor and mix until well combined.
The mixture should form a sticky ball. If it doesn’t stick well, you can add a bit more oats.
Put the mixture in the fridge for one hour, then it’ll become easier to shape it into balls.
Form 12-14 bliss balls from the mixture. Save them in the fridge up onto one week.
